The new company with a turnover in excess of £30m had 13 fileservers in a ‘Server Farm’ which was re-located to their London HQ following the building of a new ‘Comms Room’. We took over support of their 150 strong work-force providing fully outsourced IT support services to all of their branch offices, remote workers and Head Office in Newbury from the parent company’s HQ in London.
