Onsite support provides the highest level of support service we can
offer, combining telephone and remote support with site visits included in
the cost. We calculate the monthly charge based on the number of servers,
PCs, printers and other devices you have on your network. You are assigned
your own primary support engineer as a single point of contact at Rock IT
who will look after you on a day-to-day basis, calling in the help of
other engineers as and when necessary.
This is essentially an “outsourced IT department” for your company. We
look after every aspect of your system for a monthly fee. Your costs are
fixed with respect to the support charges and site visits related to
support and the only time you pay is when you purchase new equipment. If
we haven’t supplied all of your current system then we may carry out a
full review and analysis of the system, and we will make recommendations
regarding any areas that might need attention in order to avoid any
immediate or short-term problems that we can foresee.
This service gives you the best support that we can offer and our many
